Supporting The United States Military

At Happy Tails Travel we love to work with military families. We find them to be respectful, friendly, patient, flexible and organized, especially with the involved process of an international relocation.

We very much appreciate all they do to keep our country free and safe, as well as their commitment, not only to their country but also to their four-footed family members, whether they take their pets to their new station or send them to a friend or family member while they PCS.

Because the military doesn’t always reimburse for military pet relocations, and as a way of saying “Thank You”, we offer a discount to members of the armed forces that have orders to move:

• For military relocation of a single pet within the US, the discounted Air Travel Consultation fee is $300, a discount of $50.
• For military relocation of two or more pets within the US, the first pet is regular price ($350.00), and any additional pets will cost $200 each.
• For military relocation outside of the US,we offer a flat $100 discount for military personnel who have orders to move or deploy internationally or are retiring from service which can be applied to an International Air Travel Consultation Fee or an International Rush Fee. Example: international shipping for one pet with 30 days notice would cost $600 instead of $825.00.
• Although we have in the past shipped pets to and from Japan, we now only
  ship pets from Japan to the US due to increased requirements for entry into
  Japan.

During this challenging time of conflict, we support and send our thoughts and prayers to all the troops and their families and wish them a safe return.
