One pet domestic air consultation & planning: $350.00.
Domestic, each additonal pet: $200.00.
One pet international air consultation & planning: $825.00.
Each additional pet: $600.00.
Flight Fee: Estimate will be provided.
Amount is dependent on many factors including: size of pet, domestic or international flights, airline used, etc.
Rush Fees:
We need at least 2 business days notice for domestic relocation planning and at least 5 business days notice for international relocation planning.
Rush Fee Domestic: $75.00
(5-10 business days notice.)
Super Stat Domestic: $125.00
(2-4 business days notice.)
Rush fee International: $150.00
(15-30 business days notice)
Super Stat International: $200.00
(5-14 business days notice)
Handling Fee: $75.00 Per City.
One time fee for us to make arrangements with one of our professional pet agents to provide arrangement of boarding, crate purchase, transportation, or vet services. This is in addition to the actual cost of the service. If you do not require any of these special add on services, then there is no Handling fee.
Ticket Purchase Fee: Varies with cost of flight. Happy Tails Travel, Inc. will gladly handle payment for the flight through their account with the airline.
Note: Alaska and Hawaii are considered Domestic.
Military Discounts
As a way of thanking the people who work daily to preserve our freedom, we offer a flat $100 discount for military personnel who have orders to move internationally. This discount can be applied to an International Air Travel Consultation Fee or an International Rush Fee.
For military relocation of a single pet within the US, the discounted Air Travel Consultation fee is $300, a discount of $50.
For military relocation of two or more pets within the US, the first pet is regular price ($350.00), and any additional pets will cost $200 each.
Proof of orders is required.
Tax Tip - Pet Move Tax Benefit
Your pet moving expenses are tax deductible! IRS Publication #521 -- "Moving Expenses" states that pet moving is a tax deductible relocation expense when your relocation and moving is for purposes of change of employment. Consult your tax advisor for further information.

Important Note
To avoid any misunderstanding, we must reiterate that our basic relocation assistance service fee does not include the cost of air travel tickets, boarding, vet bills, transportation to and from the airport, etc., as these costs vary widely and are not needed by all of our clients.
Payment Methods
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, check or money order. Service does not commence until payment is received.
Refund Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours of engaging our regularly scheduled services, we will refund your Air Travel Consultant fee minus a $50 administration fee.
No refunds will be given after 24 hours of engaging our regularly scheduled services and no refunds will be given for rush services. Should there be any circumstances that preclude the planned shipment of your pet or should you have a change of plans or change of mind after 24 hours, we will extend our service agreement for a period of six months after we have determined that or we are notified by you that the planned relocation assistance cannot be or is not to be provided.

Client information submitted to Happy Tails Travel, Inc. is used for no other purpose than to understand and fulfill the client's pet transportation needs. We do not sell, trade, or rent any client information.
Accordingly, client information submitted to Happy Tails Travel, Inc. is passed to third parties only as necessary to obtain flights or other related pet services (such as boarding),
for TSA related security protocol, and only after the services of Happy Tails Travel, Inc. have been engaged and agreed upon. Otherwise, all client information submitted to Happy Tails Travel, Inc. is kept confidential.
