Tarzan was an angel during his travel...
and did fabulous! We got to Amsterdam without a hitch, and then they flew through my paperwork - I don't think the guy even knew what was required. He flipped through the documents - he didn't even ask for the Home Again document - and waved me on through. Tarzan's been pretty clingy the first few days, and he can't quite find the right spot to go potty (he's used to grass and there are very few patches of that here!) but he's starting to return to his own self. Thankfully!! Thanks again for all your help and instructions - you made it easy as pie!

Sophie is here!
The flight was long (22 hours door to door), lots of hanging around getting Sophie booked in but thankfully there were no problems with customs or pet immigration in England.

Sophie is doing great. She got very excited when we pulled into our street in Birmingham, she knew she was home because this is where she grew up as a little puppy. She has her garden to run around in again and I have made a special point of taking her on long walks to all the places I used to take her. All in all she doesn't seem phased at all and we are very happy as is she.

I cannot thank you enough
for the loving care you showed our animals. Flying from Phoenix all the way to Madrid, Spain, and then, flying home four months later from Zurich -- I really felt confident that our 15 year old dog was in the best care. My dog Venice and I survived
a horrible fatal accident which unfortunately killed my father. After this ugly tragedy, I went back to my home in Southern California, but Venice had to stay with my family in Boston, Massachusetts, while I pieced my life back together. When the time came to get my dog back I did not know where to begin. Luckily, I found Happy Tails Travel on the Internet and gave them a call. I spoke with a woman named Bridget. She answered all of my questions and treated my situation as if it were her own. Happy Tails Travel took care of everything and made Venice's long trip from Boston, Massachusetts, to Long Beach, California, a lot less stressful for everyone. Our Dog Has Arrived!!
Thank you for all your help getting Gemma to us. Here are some great pictures of Bassa, whom we now call "Gemma" (she is such a little jewel!). A week after her arrival, she is now very comfortable with all of us and really having a great time taking long walks and picking my son up from school, and even going to work with me sometimes.

We were very worried, as we had adopted her out-of-state and had never flown one of our pets before. It was very important to us that she arrive safe and not stressed, as she had never even met us! There was also concern about airline policies and temperature, as it had been very cold in the Northeast where she was going. But everything ran smoothly as could be. Her flight was even 10 minutes early. When we got her home, after a long day of travel, she slept through the night, just like a perfect baby. I felt so much better about the whole thing for having hired Happy Tails, and I'm sure Gemma did too. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I want to thank you again for making arrangements to get Samantha to Kauai safely and for alleviating our fears about her travel. Samantha, Larry and I have adjusted well to our new home. Samantha has become quite the "aloha girl". She loves being at the beach and running on the golf course behind our house. She's adjusted to the heat and seems to like her new house. I don't know if you've been to Kauai but we have wild chickens pretty much everywhere. Samantha loves to watch the chickens but has been a good girl and kept her distance from them. Every night after dark she watches the geckos on the screens - it's like her big screen TV.Thank you again, for your help!!!

You have done really well! Thank you so much for arranging everything to transport Phishbone. It was rather sudden notice but you were able to make it happen in a few days! You picked everything perfectly from the right sized dog cage, a transporter from the dog kennel to the airport, a health certificate, finding the best cargo for pets to even arranging the ideal time of arrival to Los Angeles Airport so that I was able to pick him up right after work. You were always available for questions and called me everyday to let me know how everything was going. I could not have asked for more. Phisbone and I thank you. I want to thank you and your company again for taking the time to help me with the move of my father's dog, Lexi. While I was back in Delaware helping my father after his colon cancer operation. I had to take over his care. But with that I had to move him along with Lexi to my home in CA. I had tried to get Lexi on the plane but she was way to big to carry her on the plane. I was in a panic as to how I could then get Lexi out with us all in CA. I was talking to the moving company that I had hired to do the furniture more. And my rep suggested HappyTailsTravel.com. The best suggest anyone could have made to me. I went on the website filled out a short form and within 12 hours I got a call from Bridget. Who took over all the preparations of Lexi's trip. The cost was minimal compared the nervous breakdown I would have had if I had done it myself. Bridget provided me with all the information I needed to make Lexi's trip the easiest thing I had to do. Compared to the whole house move from the East coast to the West coast. But we have finally gotten the furniture delivered on July 3rd. This picture was taken after our dinner on the 4th. Now all we have to do is finish unpacking boxes. Help, the worse chore of moving is cleaning up after and arranging the house. we are all safe and sound in Minnesota!!

The kitties actually took very well to the whole process and, by this morning, were eating, drinking and using the litter box like normal.

They were a little more whiny during the night than normal and Dex is being VERY needy...it's really adorable...but, other than that, they're doing exceptionally well.

If it were not for this GREAT organization, our cat would have not made it. Due to the hottest time of the year, no one would fly him from Buffalo to Arizona. Nicky's travel plans were taken care of with perfection from his airline preparations to his delivery right to our front door.
