I can’t thank you enough for taking a huge load off of my plate during this move. From multiple flight delays you were very understanding and accommodating and for that I sincerely appreciate you. Ace landed a couple of hours before us on Monday and yesterday we went visit him. Due to you being so straight forward he only have to quarantine for 3 days and we will be picking him up on Thursday.

Mia was also appreciated as she drove down to Chesapeake, Virginia and straight to Boston, Massachusetts so he could board his flight to Honolulu, Hawaii. The Parker family will always sing your praises and recommend your company to any of our shipmates looking for help with moving their pet.

Thank you so much for checking in on us! Coffee did just fine. 

I think maybe the hardest part was getting her to go into the van from our Honolulu house to the boarder. 

They texted me on Friday and said she had given the driver some trouble getting into the crate, so Hawaiian didn’t make her get out of it at cargo. Thank goodness! They even let her keep her teddy bear with her.

I didn’t hear anything else until she got dropped off, but Alex said that was just fine.

She’s getting used to things here.

Happy Tails - Lizzie in particular - were essential for my relocation from Hawaii to the mainland USA. They accommodated several changes I needed to make in my travel arrangements, were always immediately available - even on a Sunday when my pet flew - and provided everything I needed well ahead of time to make the check in process effortless. When my pet (an adult dog) was picked up from the airport, he was happy and healthy. Contrasting that to when we previously moved to Hawaii using another company, the cost with that company was about 5x more expensive (no exaggeration) and my pet needed a couple of weeks to recover to his normal, happy, energetic self. Suffice to say, I will plan to use Happy Tails for any future overseas relocations.

We just PCSed with the military and to say it has been chaos would been an understatement. From last minute orders to same day tickets I’ve been a wreck, but, and that’s a big BUT, Happy Tails Travel made moving my Presa Canario (Kronos) stress free. I had to go back and forth with my consultant Kim multiple times and never once did she make me feel bad that I had so many questions or had to change things. The pick up and delivery drivers were phenomenal with last minute changes as well since we were on a military base and that made the pick up and drop off a bit more complicated. My boy was taken care of the entire way and wasn’t nervous at all with any of the handlers and that says a lot since one was a man and he’s not a fan of men. I cried so much after dropping him off knowing that they were going to take such good care of him. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much Happy Tails Travel!!!

Where do I even start. I received orders to Hawaii last November for a summer PCS. My excitement turned into panic soon as I saw the requirements to take my pup and avoid the Quarantine period. The heavens blessed me with finding Happy Tails! Kim is simply the best. My journey started from Texas to San Diego, from there their wonderful partner took care of my baby girl 🐶 while I took the first trip to Hawaii and anxiously awaited my girl's turn. Now, due to my mistake, I had the wrong crate but the partner in San Diego got it taken care of and pup flew out the next night. I will never use anyone else! Choosing Happy Tails Travel is the best decision that we made for our two huskies to assist with our military move to Hawaii. We were stressed initially before finding this company, as sending pets to Hawaii can be complicated with the required state documents and tests. We also discovered that only certain airports will fly pups to the island, as well as the enforcement of temperature restrictions to fly pets for their safety. Once we found Happy Tails Travel, we no longer had stress with flying our pups. From beginning to end, Kim was there to help with all paperwork, flights, travel details, etc. She is kind, patient, timely, and has great communication. She answers all questions thoroughly and quickly. We had a driver, Olay, transport our pups from Illinois to JFK airport for their flight, and he is fantastic as well. The pups felt very comfortable with Olay, as he is friendly, fun, and caring. We were provided with pictures, updates, and tracking information for their ground transportation to the airport and during their flight. We are very thankful for Happy Tails Travel, and the team members Kim and Olay. Our family recommends this company without reservation, and we are so happy to be reunited with our pups in Hawaii.

I could not have been happier with the tremendous customer support and follow up I received from using Happy Tails to assist me in moving my dog Puka. The process was very straightforward and when it came time to get her shipped off it was a breeze with all of the paperwork included in the packet.
