My experience with Happy Tails has been phenomenal!

My son used your services in the past to send 2 of his dogs to Hawaii, so I felt confident when I contacted you for assistance.

Though this was a stressful process for me, Kim made each step easy by always providing the needed information and reassurance when I had questions. LOTS of questions! Kim, I am very for your patience & assistance. I felt confident when Cody arrived at our home to gather Juno & her crate for the trek to JFK! He provided updates & pictures to allow me to follow Juno’s journey to NY!

I felt confident when Juno arrived in Honolulu that all would go well with her inspection & rabies documentation, and she passed that hurdle with flying colors!

5,800 miles, 6 states, 2 plane flights in cargo & my sweet, 10 year pup arrived safe & sound to our new home in Hilo, Hawaii!

Maya is happy and settling in amazingly!! All the paper work and vet visits were a breeze with Kim's assistance. There was a minor hiccup getting her on board but thankfully Kim was able to figure it out and kept amazing communication throughout, even through the time difference. I can’t thank you enough for taking a huge load off of my plate during this move. From multiple flight delays you were very understanding and accommodating and for that I sincerely appreciate you. Ace landed a couple of hours before us on Monday and yesterday we went visit him. Due to you being so straight forward he only have to quarantine for 3 days and we will be picking him up on Thursday.

Mia was also appreciated as she drove down to Chesapeake, Virginia and straight to Boston, Massachusetts so he could board his flight to Honolulu, Hawaii. The Parker family will always sing your praises and recommend your company to any of our shipmates looking for help with moving their pet.

Thank you so much for checking in on us! Coffee did just fine. 

I think maybe the hardest part was getting her to go into the van from our Honolulu house to the boarder. 

They texted me on Friday and said she had given the driver some trouble getting into the crate, so Hawaiian didn’t make her get out of it at cargo. Thank goodness! They even let her keep her teddy bear with her.

I didn’t hear anything else until she got dropped off, but Alex said that was just fine.

She’s getting used to things here.

Happy Tails - Lizzie in particular - were essential for my relocation from Hawaii to the mainland USA. They accommodated several changes I needed to make in my travel arrangements, were always immediately available - even on a Sunday when my pet flew - and provided everything I needed well ahead of time to make the check in process effortless. When my pet (an adult dog) was picked up from the airport, he was happy and healthy. Contrasting that to when we previously moved to Hawaii using another company, the cost with that company was about 5x more expensive (no exaggeration) and my pet needed a couple of weeks to recover to his normal, happy, energetic self. Suffice to say, I will plan to use Happy Tails for any future overseas relocations.
