At this time, generic e-mail inquiries and replies to Pet Travel Form submissions are taking about 2 business days from the time they are received. Priority goes to existing clients and those traveling the soonest.
In order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and give our full attention to each client, we require at least 10 business days to accommodate domestic ground transport, and at least 15 business days to accommodate domestic air travel, from the date a signed contract is received.

(Please note: the steps below are very time consuming and can take hours or even weeks to complete.)
To simplify your book-keeping, when we set up and arrange for third-party professional boarding, ground transportation, veterinary service or kennel purchase, we will arrange for direct payment to these vendors for a one-time handling fee plus the cost of the goods or service. A final invoice will be provided upon your request. If we pay for the airline fees through our accounts with the airlines, there will be a minimum service fee.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For your security, credit card transactions will be made personally by phone or DocuSign. Personal checks can be sent if we have ample notice prior to your pets travel date. Discounts are given for multiple pets and military personnel.
